Bookings
Bring your group, class or workshop to the Artists’ Retreat! We’ll arrange the perfect setup for an inspiring stay. Use the Booking form below to contact us for rates and to discuss facilities required, dates and duration and timing. Individual and Couple Residencies must be paid in advance from the Payments page. Small and Large Group Residencies and Film or Theatre Pre-Production Workshops will require a deposit to hold the schedule. Other facilities and payment details to be arranged.
Individuals and Couples
Individual and couples residencies are available for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of one month. Use the Booking Contact form to talk to us about rates and scheduling.
Facilities:
- Residential single room with double bed and en suite washroom.
- Scheduled access to classrooms and equipment for film editing, music recording, film studio per contract.
- Use of studios, outdoor amphitheatre, other facilities to be arranged.
- Breakfast buffet and coffee daily. Other meals can be arranged.
- Use of the kitchen and dining areasfor preparing your own meals.
- Laundry at minimal cost.
Small Groups
Small groups can be accommodated for a minimum period of one week and a maximum of four weeks.
Details of fee sharing, meals and accommodation are custom-designed for each group. Fill out the Booking Contact form and we’ll be in touch.
Facilities:
- Exclusive use of small classroom from 9 AM to 9 PM daily.
- Scheduled access to video recording and editing, music production facilities, projection room, audio amplification and the outdoor amphitheatre.
- Accommodations for Group Leaders in the main building.
- Accommodations for attendees on site or in nearby hotels as available.
- Breakfast, and dinner for leaders and attendees, including coffee/tea. Additional meals can be arranged per contract.
Large Groups
Large groups can be accommodated for a minimum period of one month and a maximum of three months.
Details of fee sharing, meals and accommodation are custom-designed for each group. Fill out the Booking Contact form and we’ll be in touch.
Facilities:
- Exclusive use of Halls and Studios as per contract.
- Scheduled access to video recording and editing, music production facilities, projection room, audio amplification and the outdoor amphitheatre.
- Accommodations for Group Leaders in the main building.
- Accommodations for attendees on site or in nearby hotels as available.
- Breakfast, and dinner for leaders and attendees, including coffee/tea. Additional meals can be arranged per contract.
Film or Theatre Production Workshops
Timing as needed by the production house, director, or theatre group.

Facilities:
- Exclusive use of halls, studios and rooms per contract.
- Access to editing, screening room, video equipment.
- Accommodations for Directors in the main building.
- Accommodations for actors and staff on site or in nearby hotels as arranged.
- Access to kitchen, dining areas, outdoor dining and party areas. Meals can be arranged, or groups can bring a caterer.
