Payments for Residencies

Rates, deposits amounts, cancellation and fees differ among the three types of Residencies.

Individual and Couples Residencies must be booked at least one month in advance and are, of course, subject to availability. Payment by UPI or Cedit/Debit Card must be made in full at the time of booking. Cancellations received within two weeks of booked date will be fully refunded, less a small administrative fee. Cancellation closer to booked date will not be refunded. Use the Booking Form to inquire about Residency cost.

Small Groups and Workshops must be booked at least two months in advance. There will be a fixed fee for the leader’s room and board and use of a small classroom and its facilities. Student or participant fees will be set by the leader/instructor, with a percentage per student to be paid to the Retreat. To begin the Booking process, use the Booking Form.

Large Groups, Classes and Meetings must be booked at least three months in advance. There will be a fixed monthly fee for use of the large Studios or Halls. Student or partcipant fees will be set by the leader /instructor / institution. A 50% deposit on the Studio fee is required at booking, while a negotiated percentage of student fees will be paid to the Retreat. The balance of the Studio fee must be paid no later than one week before the course, class or meeting begins.
